We are pleased to announce that due to many requests and very positive feedback, Adizes Institute is organizing another “CEO Forum” that will take place in Warsaw, from 20th to 23rd June 2018.
At this phenomenal workshop you will learn more about Adizes Methodology but most of all – you will possess practical knowledge that will allow you to solve various problem within your organization. To make this happen, we decided to introduce a lot of experiments, simulations and creative discussions, so that relevant information will be easy to memorize and to adapt it in your organization.
Thanks to a smart schedule of the event and huge experience, our speakers are going to provide perfect balance between theory and practice.
Responding to our clients’ needs and inquiries, we decided that there will be some time included for individual consultations. During that time Adizes Institute will assist participants in creating specific Plan of Action for an individual organization.
Day 1 (start at 6:00 PM) – In order to ensure deep understanding of our message and to conduct this workshop in a friendly environment, we plan to spend the first evening on integration with the group. Moreover it is crucial to take part in this evening, as we are going to introduce some basic concepts and terms of The Adizes Methodology to the participants. This is a necessary introduction to this workshop, so that the content will be efficiently delivered and understood. We will close the “official” part with a supper.

Marcin received his MBA from London Metropolitan University and his MA in Corporate Communication from the Rotterdam School of Management. Currently he is pursuing a PhD at the Adizes Graduate School (Doctorate – Clinical Track) and a PhD at Kozminski University (PhD in Management).
